Location rental onlyThis includes manicured lawns, seasonal flowers, one 10 x10 tent use of home and wrap around porch. Limited use of kitchen and interior restrooms. Bride and groom dressing areas.
Parking and facilities supports up to 175 guests.
Wedding venue available 9am for set up to 11pm for clean up.
There will be an additional charge of $25 for each 15 minuets overtime.

D.J. entertainment, and photography.
