As a special thanks to our fire, police, and military families we offer $100 off the base price.

- Seasonal Flowers
- Manicured lawns
- Two 10 x10 tents
- Decorations for ceremony site, tables, plant stands, etc.
- Use of home, and wrap around porch
- Limited use of kitchen, for set up, warming, etc.
- Two 8 ft serving tables with linens
- 1 drink station with linens
- Punch bowl
- Cake table (serving set and white dove center piece if desired)
- Use of refrigerator
- Interior restrooms
- Dressing areas for wedding party
- Parking
- Tiki torches
- 3 directional signs
- Projector screen
- Guest book table with linens
- 2 hr. rehearsal day before
- Includes 3 on-site planning meetings
The wrap around porch serves as a buffet serving area and can seat 25 to 28 guests. Larger seating area may require a tent.
We prefer Beer & Wine only.
A deposit of $150 is required to save the date only (you have one week to cancel with full refund)
Payment in full must be received 14 days before ceremony, a payment schedule can be made at time of contract...
For your covenience we have added PayPay as a way to send deposits and set payments,
you can also request to be invoiced directly via e-mail per your paymet schedule.

Cost of Additional items, chairs, tables, tent size all depend on number of guests.We try to be as flexible as possible to help stay within your budget.
After choosing your date you have several months depending on wedding date to decide on additional items you want to include,
There will be an additional deposit at that time.
